This site shares information about cats Lloyd Broughton rescued in Amman and helps foster-based rescues reach him. Using it does not create a contract or an adoption.

What is the site for?

It is an information site. Cat details come from Lloyd's notes and vet records and can change as the cats are prepared to fly.

Does offering a rescue spot commit you to anything?

No. Sending the rescue partner form creates no obligation for you or for Lloyd. Any placement is agreed directly with your rescue and follows that rescue's own foster and adoption agreements.

How do donations work?

Donations are made through GoFundMe and are governed by GoFundMe's terms.

Can you share what is here?

Yes. Share links freely and quote short passages with a link back. Photos, videos and text belong to Lloyd unless stated otherwise. Links to other sites are not under our control.

Is the information guaranteed?

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Lloyd works to keep every cat's details accurate but cannot guarantee them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lloyd Broughton and Operation Jordan Catlift are not responsible for losses that come from using this site, and any liability is limited to what you paid to use it, which is nothing.

Misuse

If you misuse the site or the form, for example to send spam or harmful content, you agree to indemnify Lloyd against claims that result from that misuse.

Changes and termination

These terms, and the site itself, may change or be taken down at any time. Termination of the site ends these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute should first be raised by email, and if it cannot be settled that way it will be brought in the courts that have jurisdiction where Lloyd Broughton lives.
